Who are we?

ING in Australia is wholly owned by ING and is part of the world's largest direct bank. We officially launched in 1999, bringing something completely unique to the Australian banking landscape: we created the high- interest savings category with the launch of our Savings Maximiser account and provided savings and home loans via a branchless banking model.

In 2012, ING launched Living Super, a simple and online super solution with competitive investment and administration fees. In 2015, we launched our Living Super Adviser Portal to you, providing you with an efficient, streamlined approach to completing tasks on behalf of your Living Super clients, including access to comprehensive reporting.

ING has continued to reinvent the way Australians bank by delivering simple, straightforward, and good-value products. This is evident in our Net Promoter Score (NPS), where we are consistently ranked number one by our customers. NPS measures advocacy: a customer's likelihood to recommend.

With a clear strategy to become the primary bank for our customers, we believe we have created a strong foundation for this strategy to become a success story.
